8, description of model structure

 

The diameter of axial flow roof fan is from Φ 300- Φ 2400mm, there are 17 machine numbers. Centrifugal roof fan has Φ 400, Φ 560,Φ 630mm3 machine number.

9, installation, use, maintenance instructions

(4) the hood of the large engine number above 12 # is a split section, and the packing of the time division parts is supplied. For the large machine number fan, the main body of the fan should be installed on the basis first, and then the hood shall be installed on the main body of the fan. Waterproofing sealant is needed on the flange of dissected inner cap connection.

 

5) Axial flow, centrifugal inlet if required, soft connection, blower not bearing pipe weight.

 

(6) after the installation, the power supply test operation, check the fan operation is normal.

 

7) during commissioning or normal use, the following situations should be immediately shut down to ascertain the cause and only to start after troubleshooting:

 

(1) strong vibration;

 

2sudden noise increase or make abnormal noise;

 

(3) superpower of the motor;

 

(4) White smoke from motor;

 

In use, the fan connectors should be inspected regularly, fasteners are loosened, lubricated grease is added regularly, impeller is dusted.

 

Order matters for attention

 

When ordering a fan, the user should clearly state the following:

 

Name, type, frequency, power supply of fan to be ordered

 

2) physical and chemical properties of working medium (generally industrial gas) and performance parameters in this state. If this is not indicated, the working medium shall be air in standard condition

 

3) the required attachment name and its type should be indicated (bird-proof net, safety net, loose-leaf door as accessories to the fan shall not be included in the fan)
