M6-31,M7-16 type pulverized coal centrifugal fan is the latest product developed according to the actual situation of boiler pulverized coal transportation. The bearing box is lubricated by a thin oil tank with a lap type oil jetting cup and a semi-open aluminum oil seal with a ventilator, which reduces the micro-positive pressure in the bearing box and ensures that there is no oil leakage.

 

 

The fan is equipped with inlet and outlet pipe side flange, coupling guard and fan, anchor bolt for motor.

1. The wear resistance electrode developed for fan is 3 ~ 5 times higher than that of 16mn material through wear test of wear machine.

 

2, the electrode is very convenient to operate, the base metal does not need to be heated, welding can be formed by general welding machine.

 

3. Because of the different flow of each system and the different parts of wear, the general parts of the fan are surfaced before the fan leaves the factory. (if the user puts forward the exact wear area, the fan can also arrange for the fan to be overhauled after a period of time in operation before the fan leaves the factory. In order to prolong the life of fan, surfacing welding is carried out by the user according to the actual wear position.

 

 

When the working condition medium is especially serious to the wind wear, the special treatment can be made by spraying, chemical treatment or using silicon carbide, greenery and other materials.

 

 

Because of straight blade, flat plate or conical disc and conical inlet, straight into the air inlet, so it is very convenient to make and maintain. It also provides repair material.
