DK series mine energy saving ventilator has the unique advantages of high aerodynamic efficiency, reasonable matching with mine ventilation network and remarkable power saving effect, the blade installation angle can be adjusted, the reverse wind can be reversed directly, and the running noise is low. It is also suitable for underground installation and is the most ideal fan for the ventilation system of multistage machine station. 1. The new KDK series of mine energy saving ventilators are designed by the NACA Aeronautics and Space Administration of the United States, the full 3D bending and swept aerodynamic design technology is adopted, and the center of gravity product is calculated by means of a microcomputer. By using the most advanced parameters of C-4- Ⅱ wing type blade in Britain, the "three dimensional flow" theoretical blade is designed, so the total pressure efficiency of the high efficiency K series fan is as high as 95%, which is the premise and foundation of fan energy saving.

2.KDK series fans have a wide manufacturing range, complete range of specifications, high motor speed, variable blade number and wheel / hub ratio, and so on. 3.The blades of KDK series fans are all hot-pressed with Q235A steel plate, the surface is sprayed with sand and rust, and the stainless steel layer of 0.3 ~ 0.4mm thick is hot sprayed after removing oil, and then the micro-pores are sealed and plugged by two times of epoxy-solid iron layer. 4.Compared with the domestic similar products, the KDK series fan is very convenient to adjust the blade angle, because we have changed the fixed mode of the traditional fan blade tightening to the inner edge of the hub wheel. The special fixed mode of blade tightening to the outside of the flange is adopted. That is, two stainless steel fastening bolts are arranged on both sides of each blade to penetrate the flange and its inner side of the fixed disc and the afterforce disc on the petiole. When two stainless steel bolts are used to tighten the friction force between the blades, the static position is very reliable. The blade positioning is more reliable when the blade rotates at high speed and produces a strong centrifugal force. Thus, the fan mainframe does not need axial disassembly and displacement, nor does itIf the hub cover plate needs to be removed, the angle adjustment window located on the housing can easily adjust the angle, and the whole typhoon blade can be adjusted well within 30 minutes, which greatly reduces the workload of adjusting the angle of the same domestic product blade. 6.Compared with similar products in China, the blade shank of our products is forged with high quality medium carbon steel and tempered and tempered, and sufficient transitional arc is left at the root to eliminate stress concentration. Through reasonable and correct analysis and calculation of three dimensional force, The strength safety factor of the most dangerous section of the petiole is more than 6 times. The non-destructive X-ray inspection of each section of the petiole and the weld seam of the blade is carried out, and all the defective ones are eliminated. 7.KDK series fan impellers and wheels are machined by lathe, and special tooling is used to process the root and top profile of the blade. The radial clearance between the top of the fan blade and the inner wall of the shell is 2.5mm, and the gap between the blade root and the hub surface is 0mm, which eliminates the backflow loss of the blade root and further improves the efficiency of the fan.

8.KDK series fans adopt the simplest transmission structure of direct connection between impeller and motor, with compact structure, good overall stability, easy installation, easy maintenance, lower partial resistance, higher transmission efficiency than belt and long shaft, no transmission failure and no danger of breaking shaft. Under strict deoiling and rusting conditions, evenly brush 2 times Y1 inorganic zinc silicate anticorrosive primer, The corrosion resistance of the fan can be greatly improved by coating the surface twice with Y _ 1 inorganic zinc silicate anticorrosive varnish, and its service life can reach more than 25 years.
