SFF131-11 Type Textile low noise Axial flow Fan

 

1. SFF131-11 type low noise axial flow ventilator is mainly used in air conditioning room of textile enterprise, and it is also suitable for metallurgical mine with low noise and air conditioning and ventilation for construction project.

 

2. There are 6 kinds of this type fan machine number: 1012.5U 14U 16N 1820. The transmission form is divided into A type (motor direct transmission) and C type (belt drive). The structure is divided into inhaled fan and pressure-in fan. In the form of A-type wall installation and ground-mounted installation C type for the floor-type installation.

 

3. The structure features of the fan are mainly impeller, housing, air collector and diffuser and other components.

 

The impeller blade and hub are cast by ZL104 casting aluminum alloy and the blade is wing twisted blade. The integral impeller is treated by hard oxidation on the surface, which has the advantages of high hardness, low noise and long service life.
